Brady Forrest will host “Essentials of the Web Today” JamSession on how to use Web 2.0 to build your business
Mar 29th, 2007 by Dan McComb
Web 2.0 is a wildly hyped buzz word these days, but what does it mean for your business? Brady Forrest will help you make sense of the newest crop of innovative web applications that can help your business thrive. If you don’t know the difference between Flickr, RSS, AJAX, SEO and SEM, this is the workshop for you. You’ll learn which can help you in creating your business’s online presence, and which don’t matter to you at all.
But wait, there’s more… Brady is bringing Ignite Seattle to BizJam on the evening of June 9th. The format: 20 slides, 5 minutes, 15 seconds per slide. Selected individuals will have 5 minutes to present their business/passion/idea. No pressure! For some ideas about how this works, check out Ignite Seattle’s list of previous presentations. Or watch a video of one of them. Want to be a presenter? Great! Send Brady your proposal. Be sure to include the topic and any affiliations in your proposal message.
