Purchase an ad in the BizJam Seattle 08 event catalog and show your stuff to over 300 event participants. Eighth-page ads (the size of a standard business card) are the right size and price for getting more visibility for you and your business.

Ad Specs

Ads must meet the following specifications:

No use of color. Black, white and grey only
file format: 300dpi PDF files preferred
1/8 page ads may be portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal)
1/4 page ads must be landscape (horz); 1/2 pages ads must be portrait (vert)

Trade Tables

Trade tables are available for sponsors during the day-portion of the event at the Youngstown Cultural Center: 4408 Delridge Way SW (West Seattle), between 8am and 5pm. View map.

4 foot by 24 inch Trade Tables will line the central hallway of the facility hosting the day portion of the event. Tables may be used to advertise a service or sell a product but must adhere to the following guidelines:

table exhibitors may arrive at the venue at 7:30am
tables & displays must be set up by 8am and removed no later than 5:15pm
use of supplied tables only
no sharing
two representatives from same business OK
sales of products & give-aways OK
no sound
tables come with a skirted white table cloth, any covering for the table is OK
nothing on the floor in front of or beside table
height of objects on table not to exceed 30 inches
width of objects behind table/on wall not to exceed 42 inches
no tacks, pins or nails may be used to ahere sinage to the wall - painter’s tape ok.
table may be staffed by non-attendees, but staff may not participate in BizJam activities
here a limited number of electrical outlets in the hallway - please request an outlet if you need one, or bring a long extension cord. Table assignments near an outlet will be distributed on a first request basis

Cost of Trade Tables

Tables are available for $100 as an add-on to sponsorships. A Contributing Sponsorship is $250. Adding a trade table brings it to $350 and includes the following:
