Cameron Catering in Fremont is a full service catering company focused on celebrations large and small. Their mission is to provide delectable food, accommodating service, and artistic presentation. It is the hunt for the freshest ingredients, liberal and innovative use of fresh herbs and spices and “just in time cooking” that allows them to create the utmost delectable foods.
Cameron Catering has assured that BizJam will be a “zero waste” event by providing corn based products to replace all traditional plastic products. These items, in addition to the plates and all food are compostable through their commercial composting service. In 60 days, these items become nutrient rich soil.
