Learn to track how visitors arrive at your web site and how they behave by using free tools like Google Analytics. Tom and Mack will walk you through setting-up your account, understanding your reports and using analytics data to improve your web site’s search marketing, social media outreach and interaction with visitors. You will learn where your visitors arrive from, what pages they visit and which web site links they use. You’ll also find out how you can drill down to locate specific information, set-up automatic e-mail reports, set goals, and track conversions. Along the way Tom and Mack will show you types of data you might encounter on your own web site and how you can use your analytics results to make potentially profitable changes.
